They spread legends of Agabath across Volshun, portraying it as a mythical place that none could reach, ensuring its isolation.

Unbeknownst to the Agabathians, the Council of Twelve had grown corrupt over the eons, their greed and lust for power transforming Volshun into a dystopia. Despite this, the isolation of Agabath remained intact, a testament to the divine will of Axos and the protective foresight of Tollost.
